The BNG Golf Bargains Tour continues this week at the Endwell Greens Golf Course.
The pro Joe Mars is joining us.
The par 3, 7th hole going uphill and a lot of trouble I can get into on this hole.
"This is a tough one, Brendan," says Mars. "It's all mainly on your tee shot obviously. The green is pretty undulating. Today it's a back right pin so you want to get the tee shot back there pretty good."
It looks to like if you go right and miss it right it's a lot more trouble.
"Yeah it's a tough up-and-down mainly the thing is to get the ball on the green."
Okay wasn't picture-perfect here. It hit the green in regulation and now I'm a little bit off but it seems like a pretty decent spot to be on the green right here.
"You're in good shape. You have an easy two putt up the hill. Going right to left just knock it in."
No pressure when he tells me I'm supposed to put it in. How is this putt going to move?
"It's going to go right to left just make sure you give it enough gas to get up the hill."
Joe you had it exactly right it's an uphill putt and I didn't really hit it hard enough.
So we'll try and one arm a par putt in here..... and how about that all I need is the right arm.
This probably the easiest spot where the pin is here and we're lucky enough to get a par.
If you put it anywhere on the slope that's a really difficult hole.
"Yes it's a difficult hole.... you did well. A great par you hit it on the right side and the two putt."
How bout that were back on the right side with a par here at the seventh at Endwell greens.
