Binghamton lost their first game of the season, but it ended their season, as Mt. Vernon advances in the "AA" girls basketball tournament.
Jen Morabito had 17 points in her final game with the Patriots. Her layup with 4 and a half minutes to go pulled Binghamton within 2, but the Knights made a late run to win 67-55.
