Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) It was a surprise homecoming at the Binghamton Mets game Friday night, as U.S. Army Private first class Sarah Danelli dressed up in a hot dog costume to shock her father.

The moment in the stands was the first time her Dad had seen her since she returned from her station in Guam. Sarah was just excited about the chance to surprise her father.

"Well, he was supposed to do something else tonight, but then he decided to change his mind because that's a typical Danelli thing to do," said Sarah. "So we just hooked it up real quick in the last 45 minutes."

"It's emotional, you send your daughter away to the Army and you just don't know," said Frank Danelli. "You always worry about your babies. And when they surprise you, it's just unbelievable."

Sarah is home for three weeks before returning to service.
