Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) With the mid-way point of the season came several new faces for the Binghamton Mets. On Thursday, outfielders Brandon Nimmo and T.J. Rivera, infielder Dilson Herrera and pitchers Steven Matz and Randy Fontanez all got called up from Single-A St. Lucie.

Nimmo was drafted in the first round by the Mets in the 2011 draft and is ranked the sixth best prospect in the organization by MLB.com.

In order to make room for the new additions, the Mets sent infielder Matt Reynolds from Binghamton to Las Vegas. It'll be his first experience at the Triple-A level.

Pitcher TJ Chism was sent back down to St. Lucie, while catcher Nelfi Zapata has been transferred from the B-Mets to Savannah.
