(WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Senators got an added reinforcement Friday as the team gets set to play its one game at Ottawa's Canadian Tire Centre this year.

Stephane Da Costa was reassigned by the Senators back to the B-Sens. He had three goals and an assist in his eight games since being called-up.

He rejoins the team in Ottawa where the B-Sens face Hamilton on Saturday night.

Despite coming off a lackluster 5-1 loss to Portland at home on Wednesday, it isn't going to take much to get Binghamton motivated for Saturday's game in Ottawa.

"We want to make sure we show our best. Are you going to win every game? No, but we want to make sure we give ourselves a chance to win in those events and those venues, because it just seems like it's a bigger stage, and you want to make sure these guys are able to play in that atmosphere," said coach Luke Richardson. "That's what they're striving for."

"Every game is a tryout," Jim O'Brien said after Wednesday's game. "Every game you're trying to put your best foot forward, and that's the way I'm going to treat it, personally. I'm sure everyone else on the team is going to treat it that way, too."

Saturday night's game is also Binghamton's last before the AHL All-Star break. The team returns home next Friday to host Wilkes-Barre/Scranton at the Arena.
