B-Sens taking it 'One game at a time'
Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) There are no if, ands or buts, the B-Sens backs are against a wall heading into Game 3 of their opening round Calder Cup Playoff series. Thursday we find out how the team will react trailing Wilkes-Barre/Scranton 2-0 as the series heads south of the New York/Pennsylvania border. Binghamton has yet to lead a single second of either of the two games. The B-Sens fell behind 2-0 in Game 1, and then trailed 1-0 in Game 2. The team said jumping out to a lead is important, but the biggest key is just concentrating on the task at hand. "Win one game. Win a game there and then win two there," said Corey Cowick. "You know we can't feel sorry for ourselves that we're down two-nothing right now. We have to go out and win this next game and go from there. If there's anyone who can do it, it's us in this room." "I'm not even going to go, I'm going to drop the 'at-a-time' thing," said coach Luke Richardson. "I'm just going to say one game. We've got to win Thursday and that's what our season is and we've got to get it in." The B-Sens and Penguins square off at 7:05 Thursday night at the Mohegan Sun Arena.
