(WBNG Binghamton) Here's some changes to the 15th hole at Traditions at the Glen, and tips on how to play it with the new layout.
"How are you doing? My name is Matt and I work over here at Traditions at the Glen. We're on our 15th hole here. What we've recently done here is added water on the left and it definitely comes into play now. If you're playing in a captain and crew, the idea is to just pull out the big dog and rip it toward the green but if you're playing in a tournament, you definitely want placement and you want to stay on the right side of the fairway so that hazard doesn't come into play. Usually its just a little 5 iron, put yourself in a good spot and set yourself up for a second shot. As you can see here, I went left which is not what you want to do but I was lucky enough to miss it short. So our next shot, we have a little bit of carry over the pond. The pin is sitting right about in the middle. It's about a 150 to 160 yard shot. Now, I missed it on the right side so I have a little green to work with. What you want to do with this shot is bump it up there about half way and get it to roll up there within a foot so you have a nice tap-in. A good par here on the 15th hole at Traditions."
