Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The BU men's soccer team was a perfect 2-0 in conference play, until Wednesday night.
They had a good test as defending America East champs Stony Brook took on the Bearcats.
Stony Brook is the top scoring team in the conference, with B-U coming in for a close second.
The last time BU won against the Seawolves at home was in 2008.
13 minutes into the game, Binghamton's Tommy Moon lobs the ball into the net. This is his first goal of the season and first goal of the game.
Fast forward to the 72nd minute, The score is tied at 1 - 1, and Stony Brook finds the back of the net. Putting the Seawolves up 2 to 1.
BU out shot Stony Brook 14 to 7, but it wasn't enough to hold onto their undefeated conference record.
Stony Brook wins 2-1.
