(WBNG Binghamton) Jon "Bones" Jones has accomplished a lot in his UFC career, but on Monday he had another first. The Union-Endicott grad was named one of the cover athletes for the first-ever UFC video game made by EA Sports.

Bones will be joined by another UFC fighter, who will be voted on by the fans starting the beginning of next month.

"Absolutely honored to be the cover athlete for the new EA sports UFC video game.. #EAsports I'm on the game!!!" Jones tweeted on Monday morning.

Jones is coming off his record sixth UFC light heavyweight title defense, beating challenger Alexander Gustaffson by unanimous decision in September.

His next title defense will be against Glover Teixeira, but a date and place has not been picked for that fight.
