Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Women's basketball coaches across the country are beating the heat by getting doused with water. They aren't celebrating big wins, it's for charity. It's because of the #Chillin4Charity movement.

New Binghamton University women's coach Linda Cimino took the challenge on Wednesday, getting a cooler of green water dumped over her head.

She had been challenged by coaches at New Hampshire and St. Johns to take part, and in turn sent a challenge out of her own to four other coaches and people in the basketball community. One of the people she challenged was America East Commissioner Amy Huchthausen.

They all now have 48 hours to post a video of them accepting the challenge, if they do, Cimino will write a check for $200 to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. It's a charity that is special to Coach Cimino.

"It's near and dear to my heart because my Mom is a two-time breast cancer survivor," said Cimino. "So the fact that the women's coaches came together and did this as an organization with the WBCA and Kay Yow Foundation, to me I'm just happy and proud we could be a part of it."

Afterwards, the coaches flipped the script on the players. After a long practice on a hot day, the players were pretty excited to get the ice bath.
