(WBNG Binghamton) Johnson City grad Jerry D'Amigo has signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Columbus Blue Jackets, the team announced on Tuesday.

Columbus acquired D'Amigo in a trade with Toronto earlier this summer.

He recorded one goal and two assists for three points and 12 shots on goal with the Maple Leafs last season, while also spending time in the AHL.

D'Amigo was one of the top scorers during the Calder Cup Playoffs, as he helped lead the Marlies to Western Conference Finals.
