Rochester, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Chenango Forks used a steady dose of Isaiah Zimmer and mixed in a John Colm Sweeney touchdown pass to earn a spot in the Class C state finals on a snowy afternoon in Rochester Saturday.

The Blue Devils experience proved to pay off in their second straight trip to the state semis, as Forks topped Cleveland Hill 22-0.

Zimmer ran for 133 yards and two touchdowns to earn offensive player of the game honors.

Chenango Forks faces Rye Neck next Sunday in the Carrier Dome in the state title.
