Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Harlem Globetrotters brought plenty of smiles, laughs and fun times to the Broome County Veterans Memorial Arena Thursday evening.

WBNG's junior reporter, Trystan Layton quizzed Globetrotter Moose Weekes before the game on how he became part of one of the most famous teams in the world.

"I became a Harlem Globetrotter by playing in a charity game actually against some former Globetrotters, and they thought I did a good job," said Weekes. "I got the game MVP and then they passed my information along to one of our head coaches, which is "Sweet" Lou Dunbar, and Lou gave me an opportunity to tryout. I've been doing it ever since."
