State College, PA (WBNG Binghamton) Months of training for drills, working on agility and building quickness are coming to an end for Johnson City grad DaQuan Jones. One of the final culminating moments was Penn State Pro Day on Tuesday.

After working out at the NFL Combine the senior defensive tackle watched more than he participated in State College, as he only participated in a couple of drills.

Overall, his last several months have been dedicated to trying to get better at specific drills, which is something he explained after pro day.

"It's a little bit different. You've got to take care of your body more. You've got to be smart when you lift. You're not lifting really heavy, just light to stay in shape, and more working on agility stuff than in the weight room," Jones told reporters. "Working on long conditioning and short stuff. It's a big difference, but it's not too bad."

Jones said he doesn't have any big plans for the Draft, but he does plan on watching it. That starts Thursday, May 8th with the first round.
