M-E girls advance to Class A semifinal

NEW ROCHELLE (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Maine-Endwell made another state playoff game look easy, dispatching of Peekskill, 62-47, to advance to the Class A semifinals in Glens Falls.

The Spartans will play their Class A semifinal against Section 5 winner Sutherland. That game will be Friday, March 14 at 1:30 pm at Hudson Valley Community College.

In other girls action, Harpursville ran past Little Falls, 53-46, to advance to the Class C semifinals.

Miranda Drummond scored 28 points to lead the Hornets.

Harpursville will play Section II winner Hoosic Valley on March 15 at 2:15 p.m. at Hudson Valley Community College.
