Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) For the fifth straight year the Yellow Jackets won the Section 4 crown this season, meaning yet another trip to the state tournament. The team though is hoping to avenge a loss in last year's quarterfinals. This year Oneonta faces Utica Notre Dame in the quarterfinals, and while they are not a familiar opponent, the Yellow Jackets don't plan on tweaking many things. "We certainly don't want to change much to be honest with you," said coach Matt Miller. "You know we've had a lot of success this year doing things that have put us in this position so we still want to press, and push the ball, and run the same sets that we ran tonight [Section IV title game] and just hope that we execute a little bit better down the stretch. But I have a lot of confidence in our kids moving forward." Oneonta takes on Utica Notre Dame at 4 pm Saturday up at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse.
