(WBNG Binghamton) KJ Rose had 16 points to lead the Binghamton Patriots to a 57-45 win over visiting Nottingham.

Chenango Valley downed visiting Oxford 76-32 and Elmira Notre Dame cruised past visiting Tioga 93-28.
