Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton)

Well ...round one rang like a ring-side bell at the B-Sens scrimmage the other night.
Perhaps too many chances facing each other got the tempers up as Corey Cowick and Darren Kramer dropped the gloves.
I think that proves the team is ready for something new.

Defenseman Jared Cowen says, "I don't know what happened, that's just how things go sometime. It's not like they dislike each other at all. It's just 2 competitive guys out there trying to make the team."
Coach Luke Richardson adds, "You don't want to see too much of that. We want to save that for the other team, but it showed good character by Corey Cowick. And actually after that I think it got him going because he had a real good scrimmage after that."

Something new starts tonight as Hershey visits for the first exhibition game of the season,
That game starts in about 30 minutes.
