But after going up 5-0 the B-Sens backup goaltender allowed 5 straight goals, and then one more in overtime, after Robin Lehner was ejected following a fight.
Syracuse skated off with a 6-5 overtime win.
BCC also dropped their season opener to LeMoyne's Club team.
