Spartans tame Golden Bears for girls' Class A title

Binghmton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Julie Yacovoni and Daniella Dean scored 13 points each and Martine Bosch added 10 as the Maine-Endwell Spartans held off a late Vestal rally to win the Class A Girls basketball title 58-49.

Melanie Patterson scored 16 to lead Vestal.
