Spartans run ends with loss to Burke Catholic

Maine-Endwell jumped out to an early lead against Burke Catholic Saturday afternoon, but eventually the Spartans ran out of gas. M-E lost 78-68 at Binghamton High School.

Norwich had a similar fate at Onondaga Community College in the Class B playoffs. The Purple Tornado's final chance was stolen away, as Westhill walked away with the 59-58 victory.

Down in Class D, Marathon fell to New York Mills 70-57.
