Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The 21st annual Mirabito STOP-DWI Holiday Classic returns to Binghamton at the end of December.

Two teams from Canada had to drop out because of an ongoing teacher strike in their area.
Tournament officials hope to name their replacements in the next few days.
