Tioga Center, NY (WBNG Binghamton)
Sprits are high at Tioga camp as well.
The key is not getting too excited.
The Tigers return a lot of talent, and have a lot of people telling them just how good they should be this year.
Senior Matt Stahl says, " We can't focus on outside pressure or anything. We just have to focus on winning games. Yes we have a lot of returners, and we have a lot of experience, and we mesh well together."
Lineman Tyler Wiseman adds, " The pressure we feel is on ourselves. We want to win that banner, we want to win the championship. We don't feel the pressure from the outside, as much as we feel the pressure from ourselves."
Coach Nick Aiello says, " Potential is just something we talk about. What really matters is what we do on the field. That's what we're working hard for out here at practice in the preseason and for the most part they've been doing a good job."
This will be the first season as head coach for Aiello, who was the team's offensive coordinator.
They host Newark Valley Friday night.
