B-Mets Wearing Pink Means Green For Charity

The boys of summer changed up their uniforms today. Instead of wearing orange and blue, they wore PINK. Yes, Pink.

The B-Mets were sporting pink jersey's during today's game in honor of the fight against breast cancer.

Fans also got a chance to get there hands on one of the guys pink jersey's. During the game people could bid on the shirts. Then, after the game the guys autographed them for the winners.

All the money raised will go to the United Health Services Foundation.

The first 1-thousand women to pass through the gates were given a special pink B-Mets hat.

Thanks to fans bidding on the pink jersey's the B-Mets raised almost $6,000 all for breast cancer. Outfielder Bobby Malek's jersey raised the most money. It sold for $525. Juan Samuel's came in second and collected $360.
