Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton) Players were busy packing up their lockers to head home after the season ending 6-2 loss to Reading.
Those we spoke to had different opinions on the season.
Some say it was a frustrating year from the beginning.
Others say it became more fun as the year went on.
"It was pretty fun, a pretty fun year. Didn't start out how I wanted to but I kind of finished strong I think overall so I'm pretty pleased with the season this year," says pitcher Robert Carson.
"It was a disappointing year for me for sure so I gotta get back to work as early as I can and if we have a majority of these guys back together, I think we'll win a lot of games," says infielder Erik Campell.
It'll be a long offseason at NYSEG Stadium.
Baseball will be back in Binghamton for it's 21st season in just 7 months.
The B-Mets will open the 2012 season at home on April 5th, when it hosts the Akron Aeros.
