  • B-Mets lose slugfest with Erie, 10-9

    Binghamton (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The Binghamton Mets blew a two-run lead in the ninth inning and stranded the bases loaded in the tenth in a 10-9 loss to the Erie SeaWolves on Sunday night at NYSEG Stadium. Despite 15 hits, including three home runs, the B-Mets came up short in the series finale. The teams combined for 19 runs and 33 hits in Binghamton’s third extra-inning game in four days.

  • B-Mets split shutouts in double header vs. Erie

    Binghamton (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The Binghamton Mets and Erie SeaWolves traded shutout wins en route to a doubleheader split on Saturday night at NYSEG Stadium. Erie rode a near-no-hitter by Tommy Collier to a 2-0 win in the opener. In the nightcap, Nimmo scored two runs and reached base in all four plate appearances to boost the B-Mets to a 4-0 win.

  • 16-inning marathon ends with B-Mets loss

    Binghamton (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The Binghamton Mets lost a 16 inning marathon to the Erie SeaWolves, 9-6, on Friday. The 16 innings ties the longest game in franchise history. Brandon Nimmo went 2-for-6 with three RBI in the loss.

  • Johnson's bookend homers power B-Mets past New Britain

    New Britain, CT (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Kyle Johnson belted a leadoff home run in the first inning and a tiebreaking long ball in the ninth to push the Binghamton Mets past the New Britain Rock Cats, 6-4, on Thursday night at New Britain Stadium. The B-Mets took the first game of the doubleheader in nine innings before the nightcap was postponed due to inclement weather.

  • Thunderstorms wash out B-Mets in CT

    New Britain, CT (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Wednesday night’s game between the Binghamton Mets and New Britain Rock Cats has been postponed due to inclement weather. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Thursday, July 3 with first pitch of the opener set for 5:05 PM.

  • Robles struggles, B-Mets' win streak snapped

    New Britain, CT (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The New Britain Rock Cats tagged Hansel Robles for eight runs, including five in the first inning, and handed the Binghamton Mets a 9-6 loss on Tuesday night at New Britain Stadium. Dustin Lawley launched two home runs in the defeat which snapped Binghamton’s four-game winning streak.

  • Lawley powers B-Mets to fourth straight

    New Britain, CT (WBNG BINGHAMTON) Dustin Lawley launched his 11th home run of the season to highlight a four-RBI game and lead the Binghamton Mets to an 8-3 victory over the New Britain Rock Cats on Monday night at New Britain Stadium. Binghamton pounded out eleven hits to earn their fourth straight win and 17th in the last 20 games.

  • Third time the charm: B-Mets win again

    Altoona, PA (WBNG BINGHAMTON) The Binghamton Mets racked up eleven hits and secured their sixth straight winning series with a 7-4 victory over the Altoona Curve on Sunday night at Peoples Natural Gas Field. Darrell Ceciliani sparked the offense with three runs scored, leading Binghamton to their third straight win and 16th in their last 19 games.
