Tyler Pill tossed six blank innings and Major League rehabber Erik Goeddel worked a scoreless frame in the B-Mets’ 11th shutout win. Binghamton recorded 14 hits to avoid the sweep and close a 3-3 road trip.

  • Bats quiet in B-Mets' 3-1 loss at New Britain

    New Britain, CT (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Mets struck out a dozen times and stranded nine runners in a 3-1 loss to the New Britain Rock Cats on Saturday night at New Britain Stadium. The B-Mets went 1-for-8 with runners in scoring position and were held to two runs or fewer for the third time in four games.

  • Rock Cats rock B-Mets, 6-1

    New Britain, CT (WBNG Binghamton) New Britain starter Ryan Carpenter struck out a career-high 11 over eight innings to lead the Rock Cats past the Binghamton Mets, 6-1, on Friday night at New Britain Stadium. New Britain tagged Gabriel Ynoa for 10 hits, including six for extra bases, to grab the series opener. The B-Mets struck out a season-high 14 times and were held to one hit in defeat.

  • Eighth-inning rally pushes B-Mets past Curve

    Altoona, Pa. (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton Mets plated four runs on three straight two-out hits in the eighth inning to beat the Altoona Curve, 5-4, in comeback fashion on Thursday night at Peoples Natural Gas Field.
