New B-Sen Drew Fata scored a goal and had a fight as the Sens snapped their four-game losing streak with a 4-1 win over Syracuse.

Fata joined the Sens earlier this week after being acquired from Phoenix in exchange for Alexander Nikulin.

It's the first home win of the season for the Sens.

Zack Smith scored his team-leading 7th goal on a power play in the first period.

Ilya Zubov and Brendan Bell scored the other Binghamton goals.

Brian Elliott stopped 30 of 31 shots.
