(WBNG Binghamton)
Ottawa signed their first round pick from this year's draft, but Mika Zibanejad has made it clear he is not coming to Binghamton.
He says he will be back for camp in August, but if he doesn't make the NHL roster, he will go back to the Swedish elite league.
Another player that won't be back at the Veteran's Memorial Arena is Derek Smith.
The defenseman signed a 1-year contract with Calgary.
Last year he scored 54 points for the B-Sens on 10 goals and 44 assists.
He spent part of the past 4 seasons in Binghamton and also played 9 games in Ottawa last year.
He battled back through injuries in the post season to get healthy and was a key contributor in the B-Sens Calder Cup run, blocking big shots and even scoring another goal.
