B-Sens forward Jason Bailey is suing the National Hockey League's Anaheim Ducks, claiming that coaches of one of its affiliate teams subjected him to harassment and anti-Semitic remarks.
Bailey is seeking unspecified damages in the action filed in a California Superior Court .
Bailey, Ducks management and the Ottawa front office have all declined comment at this time.
Bailey claims he was not given the chances that "were fully available to the hockey players who were not Jewish."
He has played in 17 games this year for Binghamton and a healthy scratch in 29. He has not registered a point this year.
