(WBNG BINGHAMTON) The Binghamton Senators have not won a game since November 27th. After stringing together a 7 game win streak in November, the B-Sens have followed that with a 7 game losing streak.

That being said, much like you would on a video game system, the B-Sens have opted to hit the reset button. As a matter of fact, head coach Luke Richardson says sometimes you have to know what it's like to lose in order to win.

"Friday and saturday finally we hit rock bottom here, where we started to see frustration in the players and getting off our game plan," Richardson said Tuesday. "I thought we were pretty solid up until that point."

"That's a concern but I think sometimes, as a team, you almost have to hit the bottom of the barrel before you start working your way back up. Maybe that's the approach we've taken this week.

[At Mondays' practice] we just went right back down to starting over at square one and had a good, hard work day and followed it up with a great day today, a lot of spirit on the ice. The guys seem to be really gravitating to kind of just restarting."

Binghamton is back on the ice Friday at Syracuse.
