It's days like this that have folks seeking out shade. Or air conditioning. Well how about a whole week on ice?
That's what many area kids will be doing at the Guardian hockey development camp.
It's a complete workout for area goaltenders ages 6 through 18 with a whole day of work, both on and off the ice all under the direction of former B-Sen goalie and current coach Kelly Guard.
Campers will also get strength training by Joe Hashey of Synergy athletics, a seminar on nutrition and custom goalie equipment fitting.
Jerry D'Amigo will also be there to fire pucks at the campers.{} The camp runs July 17th through the 20th. If you're interested contact Tom Severance at (607)222-1866.
