(WBNG Binghamton) Hockey season is still a few months away, but the Binghamton Senators offense is getting one of it's key players back.
The Ottawa Senators announced they have signed forward Stephane Da Costa to a one year, two way deal.
Da Costa started last season in the NHL where he scored 3 goals in 22 games before being assigned to Binghamton.
As a member of the B-Sens, he played in 46 games, scoring 13 goals.
Senators assistant general manager Tim Murray said Da Costa still has a ways to go in refining his game and getting stronger.
But the team recognizes his talent level and his offensive ability with the puck and his vision on the ice and it's all first class.
