Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton)

There is nothing to prove coming off the first ever championship in Binghamton hockey history.
And considering where they sit in the standings, there is little to motivate the last place B-Sens.
Some said they are playing for pride. Coach Kurt Kleinendorst is in it for honor.

At least when it comes to referees. Coach K was missing from the bench last night after arguing with officials over what he saw as a blown call.
Today the league suspended him an extra game for a misconduct penalty.
His mantra has been 'never too high, never too low' but it was clear last night that this season has taken its toll.
" It's very frustrating. It's hard on everybody.
Players don't like to lose, coaches don't like to lose. It stinks it really does stink. And really all we have to play for now is the end of the season."
" Tells me that not only does he care but he's a winner. It's something that I, and I hope everybody else wants to be a part of. Something that will hopefully rub off and we'll understand that there's going to be years like this, and the young guys you just have to stick to the process."
The B-Sens are off Friday this weekend.
So an extra day to rest will have them ready to welcome in Syracuse Saturday night, without coach K, for a 7:05 start.
