Binghamton, NY (WBNG Binghamton)

The trials and tribulations of Robin Lehner's time in Binghamton are well-documented throughout the last three seasons.

Over the years much has been made of his attitude while playing here in Binghamton, especially during last season's B-Sen's struggles. After he once again was sent back down after mini-camp with Ottawa, there was speculation on how Lehner would react.

He said though, he's come a long way from those first few years as a pro.

"I've grown to love this arena and really like this city. We've had our ups and downs through the years and it started with some tough love, but its just been going up from there," said Lehner. "This arena has actually taught me a lot and helped me build my mental game. It's just part of the process and I'm very happy how the process is going."

Lehner, of course, is coming off an all-star appearance and a week where he was named AHL Player of the Week.
