It was a long weekend for the Binghamton Senators, going 0-3 and making it now 4 straight losses as they sink back to the cellar.
But there is good news, at least for 2 players.
Today Ottawa recalled Andre Petterson and Mark Borowiecki.
Boro is an Ottawa native, the first drafted by the hometown Senators.
The defenseman has scored three goals and 12 assists while adding 76 penalty minutes in 42 games for Binghamton during his first full professional season.
He played 21 post season games in the Cup run last year after 4 seasons at Clarkson.
Also recalled is forward Andre Peterson.
In his first year with Binghamton he leads the B-Sens in scoring.
He has scored 12 goals to go with 13 assists in 30 games this season.
This is the first recall for both players.
Ottawa plays Toronto tonight, while the B-Sens are off until Friday.
