This week, the baseball team played their final non-conference game of the season, an 8-5 win over Marist.
Vestal grad Corey Taylor continues to be the power bat in the lineup.
He hit his conference leading 11th home run of the year to go with his league best 40 RBI.

Meanwhile, the men's lacrosse season came to an end in the America East tournament.
After winning their final regular season game to make the field, the Bearcats lost in double overtime to the conference's top seed UMBC in double overtime.
Andy Cook had 3 goals in the 9-8 loss.
Prior to the game, Sophomore defender Derrick Danieu , senior midfielder Duncan Streeten and freshman defender Ben Waldron each received America East all-conference accolades.

And one of the more accomplished teams on campus continues their impressive run.
The men's tennis team is in the NCAA tournament for the second straight year.
And once again they have a tough opponent, 15th ranked Texas A&M. But Binghamton can lean on some tough game experience from earlier this year.
" We played Minnesota back in February and they are a top 30 team and in the national tournament. They're a few spots lower than A&M. We played and lost that match but it was pretty competitive, we lost 6-1, but there was another match that could have gone our way. We also played teams in the 50's and been competitive in those matches as well."
" Doubles is really important. If we can first get that point then it could be really good momentum for us."
This is the best draw Binghamton has received in the NCAA tournament.
In their previous trips, the lowest seeded opponent they faced was ranked 11th in the nation.
They play in the first round next weekend in Texas.
