Bearcats distance runner Erik von Ingen is the America East cross country athlete of the week.
In his 1st cross country event of the season, the Marathon native finished 17th overall at the prestigious Lehigh/Paul Short Run.
That was the highest ever finish at the event for a BU runner, helping the team to their best ever 11th place finish.
