In a game that featured 19 walks, New Hampshire got the better of Binghamton 14-4. Starter Mike Antonini worked just four innings giving up six runs, including five runs in the first inning. D.J. Wabick was the bright spot for the B-Mets going 2-5 with a double and an RBI.

The scoring started early for the Fisher Cats as nine men came to the plate in the first inning to plate five runs on Antonini. Brian Dopirak drove in the game’s first run with an RBI double down the left field line. David Cooper followed with a two-run single and Cody Haerther and Adam Calderone would add two more runs to make it 5-0.

Binghamton (11-9) closed to within two with two runs in the second and a run in the third thanks to RBI singles from Mark Kiger and D.J. Wabick and an error in left field by Haerther. But that was as close as Binghamton Got.

New Hampshire (13-9) added on to their lead with runs in the fourth, fifth, seventh and eighth innings to lead 14-3. Adam Calderone was a centerpiece for the offense, recording a 3-5 day with three RBI.

The B-Mets plated a final run in the ninth inning thanks to a sacrifice fly to right off the bat of Shawn Bowman that provided the final score of 14-4.

Edgar Estanga picked up the win for the Fisher Cats with 3.1 innings of scoreless work in relief of starter Brandon Magee, who lasted just 3.2 innings and walked five.
