During a media session yesterday, Tom Mitchell got a late phone call telling him there would be an announcement about the new head coach.
But it would have to wait a day.
And no matter how many free WBNG golf shirts I offered, he wouldn't tell.

So at 10 this morning we found out the new bench boss will be Don Nauchbauer.
He's been a head coach in juniors for 12 years, after 6 in Seattle he was an assistant coach in Philadelphia of the AHL, before returning to lead Tri City in the Western Hockey League for 6 more seasons.
He's now the 5th head coach in B-Sens history and excited for the new opportunity.
" I was out searching for a job and I think I got myself a real good one. I've had some success in the Western hockey league, and I always wanted to get back into the American hockey league.
I am familiar with the area and am familiar with the rink. I know Tom Mitchell. And I'm really looking forward to the job."
Nachbaur played 11 years in the AHL or NHL.
In 12 seasons as head coach in the WHL he won 421 games and never missed the playoffs.
He was also briefly an assistant under John Paddock with the Binghamton Rangers back in 1991.
