Bearcats to Play Pitt in CBE Classic

VESTAL - After a record-setting season and appearance in the NCAA Tournament, the Bearcat basketball team will take on another big boy of college basketball this season.

The school announced today that the Bearcats will play Pitt as part of the CBE Classic.

The game will be November 17th at Pitt's Petersen Events Center and will be televised on ESPN2.

It's the first ever matchup against the Panthers.

Pitt went 31 and 5 last season and advanced to the NCAA Elite 8.

The Bearcats are also scheduled to play Duquesne, Western Carolina and Illinois-Chicago as part of the CBE Classic.
