Mark Macon addressed the media for the first time, but did not answer any questions before his team took the floor at Binghamton University's "Late Night Madness."
Macon was named interim head coach earlier this week after Kevin Broadus was placed on paid leave.
That decision came after Broadus admitted to an NCAA recruiting violation.
