Hornets Sweep Season Openers

The Broome basketball teams swept Alfred State in both teams' season opener.
The women were down at the half, and rallied from a double-digit deficit in the second half for the win.
Allie Bruet made 1 of 2 free throws in the final 10 seconds to give BCC the winning margin in a 68-67 game.
