Tufts University held Cortland scoreless for more than 20 minutes in the second half, en route to a 10-9 come from behind win.

Cortland held a 6-3 halftime lead. The Red Dragons extended that lead to 7-3 before the Tufts defense shut down Cortland for more than 20 minutes.

Tufts took a 9-7 lead during that stretch.

Cortland rallied to tie the game at 9, but Tuft's Kevin McCormick scored late in the game and goalie Steve Foglietta stopped Brand Misiaszek as time expired.

Cortland ends the season at 17-3.
