BU Men Picked To Finish Last; Women 4th

At their media day, BU men's basketball coach Mark Macon said he has no expectations of where his team should finish.
But today the league coaches announced where they expect BU to rank.

The league coaches picked the Bearcats to finish last in the 9-team America East conference, and no player was selected to the all league pre season squad.
Reigning league champ Boston was picked to repeat as conference champs, with Stony Brook, Vermont and Albany rounding out the top 4.

Meanwhile the women's team was selected to finish in 4th place.
Defending regular season champ UMBC was picked to repeat as well.
Boston and defending tournament champ Hartford were also picked ahead of Binghamton.
And Andrea Holmes was picked for the pre-season all conference team.
The 5 all-conference picks from the end of last year all return this season.
