Vestal, NY (WBNG Binghamton) The Binghamton University Women's volleyball team has some pretty big shoes to fill after a run to the NCAA Tournament last year.

The defending America East conference champs were picked to finish second this season to last year's regular season champion Albany. The Bearcats must also replace some key players in their starting line-up, but they also return several players, including America East tournament MVP Grace Vickers.

"Obviously our goal is to make the conference tournament and once we're there, we re-evaluate our goals and everyone wants to win but I think it's a good mentality. It's not a bad pressure," said Vickers. "It's a thing we take, we take it by the horns and just go for it and we do our best everyday."

The Bearcats open up the season next weekend in the Colgate tournament.
