Closer to home, the BU men's basketball team lost again last night, they are now 0-7 on the season.
But the news out of last night's game was that another player has been suspended.

Freshman forward Omar Richards, who played in every game this season and averaged over 17 minutes a night was suspended for a violation of the athletic department code of conduct.
No other details were given.

"We hold our guys accountable for what they do. Him being suspended lets the other guys know that if you do anything out of the ordinary....the AD, coach, we're not playing around. We're building a program here. We want to build it the right way, and we're not tolerating any nonsense."

Prior to the start of the season senior forward Kyrie Sutton was kicked off the team. Macon contends that was unrelated to a series of arrests including one for criminal possession of stolen property the day he was kicked off the squad.
