And the two men accusing former Syracuse assistant basketball coach Bernie Fine of molesting them over 20 years ago are now suing head coach Jim Boeheim for defamation.
The suit was filed in New York State Supreme Court today.
After the accusations were made, Boeheim said that the accusors were liars and only out for money.
He later apologized for those comments.
Fine has denied the accusations, while the district attorney has said the accusors seem credible, though they can't prosecute because the statute of limitations had expired.
