(WBNG Binghamton) The college spring season has been over for a couple of months, but the honors for SUNY-Cortland keep coming in.

Senior second baseman Donnalyn Cross was named the 2011 ECAC Division III Upstate New york Player of the Year.

It's a repeat honor for the Chenango Valley alumna who won the same honor last year.

She led Cortland this spring with a .451 batting average, nine homers, 11 triples, 13 doubles, 59 runs scored and 19 stolen bases in 48 games.

She set school single-season records with 73 hits, 59 runs scored and an .833 slugging percentage.

Cross graduates as Cortland's career leader in hits, triples, stolen bases, runs scored and games played.

She is the NCAA Div. III career leader in triples.

Cross was a 3 time Division III All-American and also won the ECAC Freshman of the Year in her career.
