(WBNG Binghamton) A Binghamton University women's basketball player will continue her career professionally in Europe.
Orla O'Reilly has signed a contract to play in the Spanish women's league second division.
She played for the Bearcats for 4 seasons, the last two as a starter.
This past season, she was second on the team in points per game, averaging 11.7 and first in three point percentage.
O'Reilly becomes the 3rd Bearcats player to play for a professional team.
Assistant coaches Sarah Cartmill and Leah Truncale both played in Europe.
